The client is a key player in the fraud prevention technology field, focusing on applications designed to help their customers identify security challenges and deduce system vulnerabilities. We developed a facial-recognition-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) application to add to their offering.

AUTOMATED MEDICAL DECISION AID
Our client is a healthcare consulting company helping a nationwide practice of 200 private bariatric doctors with the task of patient intake, record consolidation, and connecting patients with matching physicians and clinics.
Each practice had their own intake forms, their own processes, and a combination of manual and automated forms. There was no common, secure data base connecting the different clinics together.
We developed a rules-based platform to automate interactions, make forms interactive, and allow the client to create executable graphical models.

DIGITAL ADOPTION PLATFORM
The customer needed an innovative solution to train employees outside of the traditional LMS-based training approaches. They wanted employees to learn how to perform tasks and improve skills not waste time with memorizing the ins and outs of products with long drawn out training.
We developed a custom Digital Adoption Platform with self-guided flows and embedded ‘how-to’ micro-learning content focused on helping users master their tasks. With daily 60 second gamification-based mobile exercises to improve mandatory skills, followed by 60 second videos after 3 failed attempts, the overall platform transcended the traditional LMS solutions The key backend capabilities included course management, quizzes, notifications, gamification, knowledge assessments, and analytics.

We created 26-lessons of engaging and beautiful onboarding training for new employees and team members, including company culture, business and product overviews, HR systems, contacts, and checklists for first day, first week, and first 90-day tasks.

COPING WITH COVID-19
The customer wanted to Support the emotional well-being of teams during the COVID-19 pandemic with effective coping techniques.
We developed a course where employees learned how the disease spreads, what symptoms to watch out for, and how to prepare with prevention and proper response strategies. We also unpacked what audiences—such as travelers, parents, and businesses—should know, and we sorted through some frequently asked questions.

Customer wanted to develop a growth mindset allowing employees to realize their potential, increase resilience, and achieve success. They realized that a growth mindset can unlock their employees’ capacity to learn, grow, and thrive—regardless of their current abilities or skill level.
We developed a course where employees first learn about the differences between a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset. They then explore how a growth mindset can benefit them and their team. Finally, the course helps them uncover specific strategies to develop a growth mindset—and expand their possibilities.

AWARENESS AND CYBER-HEALTH
Customer wanted to raise overall cyber security awareness across all employees and contractors, especially when it came to passwords, phishing and social engineering, as well as keeping their devices secure.
We developed a comprehensive set of courses with simulated exercises that took learners through how cyber criminals think to strategies employees could employ to protect themselves from bad actors. We made heavy use of gamification to push weekly simulated exercises through their mobile phones to keep them on their toes and engaged.

USING CRITICAL EQUIPMENT
The customer needed to train hundreds of employees and contractors on how to use and maintain heavy equipment in major retailer warehouse.
We developed a series of courses that involved extracting SME knowledge and combining it with OEM documentation to create simple to understand videos, 3D animations, decision aids, and traditional computer-based training materials.
